Andante Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations must be confirmed in writing and accompanied by a 50% deposit made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard)
2. Any additional bank charges for international bank transfers will be added to the total accommodation account.
3. The outstanding balance is to be settled on arrival by cash (SA Rands), EFT (Immediate payment -funds to reflect on our account to be considered effective) or Credit Card.
4. All extras and additional services are to be settled on the evening prior to departure.
5. If a confirmed booking is cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival the deposit will be retained.
6. Full reservation value will be levied for same day cancellation or no show.
7. Checking in is between 14h00 and 21h00. Unless arranged otherwise, a late check-in fee of R100 per hour or part thereof will be levied for check-ins after 21h00. Checking out time is before 10h00
8. Luggage can be stored if a later departure is required.
9. No noise after 9pm
10. No partying in the rooms or room patios.
11. No outside visitors without prior arrangement.
12. No boom boxes allowed unless by prior arrangement
13. No alcohol allowed. Persons under the influence of alcohol will be asked to leave the premises with no refunds for any claim whatsoever.
14. The pool is unattended and out of bounds for all children unless accompanied by a parent.
15. No smoking in the rooms. Smoking allowed only at designated areas. No hookah smoking on the premises.
16. No congregating or noise of any nature in the parking area.
17. It is accepted that that any person entering the premises of Andante Lodge has read, understood and accepted the disclaimer notices displayed throughout the property.
18. It is accepted that these terms and conditions and rules will be explained to all persons included in any booking whether it is accommodation or a function at a venue by the signee of the guest registration form.
